A weird title, is it?
Not for all.
I am talking about the bridges in the wheelhouses of the superyachts.
Below are some examples you will see.
The yachts are; Alexandar V, Imagine, Lady Lola, More, Rome, Seanna 2 and Sycara.
Yes you willingly go on board that boat, get soaked wet for fun and stay like that for hours and you long for that torture every minute you are not on board that beautiful yacht!
That's only just a small part of a regatta...which is pure joy!
This beautiful boat of 52 meters had been built by Benetti Yachts and was delivered in 2004. The styling belonged to S. Natucci and the interiors belonged to Lazzarini Pickering.
The brave "Zen" style interiors are quite interesting and attractive for a motoryacht. May be sometimes a bit busy but still a very innovative design issues are seen for a yacht interior, which is mind opening...
One of my favorite type of yacht; the classic sail boats!
Below I will share one photo each from four famous of them.
The names are: Blue Peter, Lullworth, Milena and Moonbeam.
I will have more detailed posts on classical sailboats for sure...
Well, among the living areas which are placed in yachts; single cabins are not at the first raw, to be honest.
By saying "living area" I eliminate the engine room and the wheelhouse; one of which is the heart and the latter is the brain.
So amongst the other areas left in a yacht; the main living area is generally considered to be the deck, the exterior areas. This is valid for the yachts that are used during the summer time, of course.
The second important overall; and the first one on the interior is generally accepted as the main saloon. Then comes the master suite; and after that if there is no vip cabin; comes the single cabin...
However, if you are not a yacht owner; the cabin you will sleep in would most probably will the single one.
Since they are also designed in a way that enables them to be converted into a double cabin; they are considered as quite functional areas.
Well, let's see same examples:
It might sound weird to have a pool or a jakuzzi as big as a pool on a yacht's deck. However it is so common and above a certain length; it is considered almost as a "must".
Well actually guests on board, spend most of their time around those pools. Check the photos below and you would understrand why...
When you are wealthy enough to own or charter a megayacht; it means you have to work quite hard to make money. In general, it also means that you may not be able to seperate yourself from your business during your vacation.
That's why all of the megayachts have an office area in them; for the owner/guest use.
Small or large; there is a decent size desk and station for necessary connections,
Below are some examples for them...
They are the most precious jewels of the marine world, the sailboats...
A few of them; of different sizes and types are below.
She is a 56m beauty built by Perini Navi, designed by Ron Holland and with the interiors by Remi Tessier. Although she was launched in 2009, she still has a very uptodate and elegant design.
Below are some photos of the boat.
This pretty girl had been built in 1965 and been renovated by Mitchell Turnbough for his family.
I have to say that I really love this boat. Not only because it is a beautiful design; unfortunately I do not know the designer of the boat; but also because she is very immaculately renovated.
Check the photos out and dream yourself on board this 20m classic beauty...
Design is the Salt X Pepper of life. It is not a must, but if you have it, then you have the appetite for life.
